Coil Expansion

Tridan offers many coil expansion solutions from a large coil to a small coil, high volume to low volume.  Tridan pioneered the Flexpander semi-portable expander series which is perfectly suited for small volume, model shop, and very large coil applications.  Also offered are multi-rod whole coil expansion solutions such as our fully programmable servo-driven horizontal expander, as well as our vertical expander options.  Our end sizing tools help our customer’s end size, bell, or bell, and flare the tube ends coming out of the coil to prepare them for return bend insertion.
